meet sammy-jo

I’m Sammy-Jo Hand (she/her), The Witchy Feminist Divorce Coach. I work with women, femmes, and AFAB folks moving through the painful and liberating process of divorce.

I blend meditation, ritual, and nervous system care with fierce feminist analysis of emotional labor, the pleasure gap, and more.

Marriage, as a social institution, has long been built on the structural inequality of women. In heterosexual relationships, women often serve as the invisible social safety net: providing emotional, domestic, and caregiving labor that remains unpaid and largely unacknowledged. This extraction of labor is not accidental; it is embedded in the very design of the institution. Choosing to walk away from unhappiness is not a failure or a sign of giving up, it is an act of reclaiming your worth.

It is time to put yourself first.

You are not too much. You are not broken. YOU ARE DEFINITELY NOT CRAZY. AND You are worthy of care, rest, and joy.

Let’s rebuild your life around your needs.
